Born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, Jennifer is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and History, graduating in 1997. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington, in 1999. After earning her law degree, Jennifer worked in Bloomington, Indiana as a Legal Advocate for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. In 2001 she returned to Evansville and joined Berger & Berger as an associate attorney. She was named a partner of the firm in 2006. Jennifer concentrates her practice in personal injury law, civil litigation, labor and employment law, and family law. She is a member of and sits on the Board of Directors for the Evansville Bar Association. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and Brooks Inns of Court, and is currently a volunteer for the Albion Fellows Bacon Center. |
